Ko te wiki o te reo Maori a tera wiki!

Next week is Maori Language Week! I challenge you to speak as much Maori as you can to your friends, families, classmates, teachers, neighbours and even your pets!!

Everytime you see me in the playground, greet me in Maori ("Kia ora Miss Lawson, Tena koe Miss Lawson) or ask me how I am (Kei te pehea koe?)

Click the links to the right (matau) of this post, to test your knowledge of Te Reo Maori.

Watch this space for opportunities to win prizes! I have balloons, stickers and some t-shirts to give away to people trying really hard to speak Te Reo Maori.
